Fréderic is primarily active in general corporate law, with a particular focus on venture capital transactions, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, mainly for unlisted companies, and on management incentive plans.
He became a member of the Dutch-speaking association of Brussels Bar in 2012 and has been working at Eubelius since 2017.

Fréderic obtained his law degree from Universiteit Gent in 2011. In 2012, he obtained an LL.M. in international business law from the University of Tilburg. Fréderic also holds a master's degree in corporate law from the KU Leuven (2016).
He handles cases in Dutch, in French and in English.
