Korneel Decroix





Korneel focuses on business taxation, with a particular focus on VAT and real estate taxation. He advises businesses, administrations, and non-profit institutions on all aspects of Belgian tax law, and represents his clients during tax audits and before tax courts.

Korneel has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2006 and a Counsel at Eubelius since 2017.

In 2006, Korneel obtained a law degree from the University of Leuven, followed by a Master in Tax Management at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics in 2008. In 2012, he followed a postgraduate course in corporate finance at the University of Leuven.

He is also a guest lecturer on the postgraduate courses in Tax Law and Tax Practice at the Tax College (University of Leuven) and the postgraduate courses in real estate at KULAK/University of Leuven.

He has been a member of the Brabant Professional Association for Taxation and Accounting (BAB – Brabant) since 2009.

Korneel regularly writes articles on themes related to taxation, and is also a regular speaker at seminars.
