Sam advises and represents clients in the field of individual and collective employment law. In particular, he focuses on HR aspects in transactions, acquisitions and restructurings. His expertise also includes supplementary pensions, and he has in-house HR experience.
He joined Eubelius in 2019 and was previously a member of the Bar of the Province of Antwerp.

Sam obtained his law degree at the University of Antwerp in 2017. He also holds a Certificate in Pension Law (KUL, 2020). He is a member of the “Vereniging voor Sociaal Recht” (Social Law Association).
Sam is a regular speaker at seminars for clients and external parties.
