Eubelius acted as legal counsel to BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity Belgium in connection with its investment in the Memo group. The Memo group is an in-bound multichannel contact centre with locations across Flanders, specialising in 24/7 telephone reception, support and dispatch, appointment management and customer follow-up. The group provides its services to SMEs and larger industrial companies as well as the medical sector.
