On 23 June 2020, Care Property Invest, the public regulated real estate company (BE-REIT) that specialises in healthcare real estate for the elderly and people with disabilities, raised EUR 59,727,122.25 through an accelerated private placement (accelerated bookbuilding) with investors of 2,191,821 new shares at an issue price of EUR 27.25 per new share. The realisation of this capital increase, the issue of the new shares and the admission of these new shares to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels took place on 25 June 2020 at the opening of the market.
The issue price of EUR 27.25 per new share represents a discount of 5.71% compared to the last Care Property Invest share price on 22 June 2020 (EUR 28.90).
