Eubelius has assisted SNCB with the incorporation the project company Wetenschapspark Leuven Noord together with the city of Leuven and KU Leuven. Wetenschapspark Leuven Noord was incorporated on 10 December 2020 and will be responsible for the development of a sustainable urban science park on the Leuven North site based on a master plan and a climate-neutral development strategy. This master plan will be developed by a multidisciplinary team of designers, for which the selection procedure has already started.
A multidisciplinary team from Eubelius is advising SNCB on this project, coordinated by Barteld Schutyser, Jeroen Delvoie, Anouk Kerkhofs and Steven Declercq.
