Eubelius assists the Antwerp Port Authority in the acquisition of NMP/SNTC from Ackermans & van Haaren and Electrabel

On 21 November 2017, the Antwerp Port Authority has signed an agreement with Ackermans & van Haaren and Electrabel (a company of the Engie group) in respect of the acquisition of the shares of Nationale Maatschappij der Pijpleidingen/Société nationale de Transport par Canalisations. Closing is expected to occur in early 2018.

Eubelius has assisted Port of Antwerp in this transaction. The Eubelius team was led by Marieke Wyckaert, Jeroen Delvoie and Claire Fornoville.
