Eubelius assists the shareholders with the sale of the Malysse Group to Cleanlease

Eubelius recently assisted the shareholders of the Malysse Group in connection with the sale of the Malysse Group to its competitor Cleanlease. This transaction allows the new combination Cleanlease and Malysse to become a high-quality expert in the field of textile care and logistics in the Benelux.

The Eubelius deal team consisted of Philippe Mulliez, Dominique De Marez and Michiel Nuitten.
