Eubelius assists Touring in the expansion of its strategic partnership with AG Insurance and BNP Paribas Fortis

Eubelius has assisted Touring in connection with the entry of AG Insurance and BNP Paribas Fortis into the capital of Optimile. Optimile is an innovative Ghent-based software provider specialising in mobility solutions. Notably the company has developed a cloud-based platform taking a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) approach.

Touring has been a major shareholder in Optimile since 2017. The transaction is part of the expansion of the strategic partnership between Touring, AG Insurance and BNP Paribas Fortis.
