On 10 December 2019, Retail Estates placed EUR 75 million with investors through a private placement of (EUR 100,000) 7-year bonds with a fixed coupon of 2.15%. The proceeds will serve to pursue its growth strategy, extend its average debt maturity and diversify its financial resources.
The bonds will be listed on Euronext Growth Brussels.
Retail Estates is a public regulated real estate company (BE-REIT) which specialises in investing in out-of-town retail properties located on the periphery of residential areas or along main access roads into urban centres.
