Frank focuses on corporate and securities law, and corporate and financial law.

He has been a partner in the firm since 2002. He has been a member of the Bars of Brussels and Antwerp since 1996.

Frank has a law degree from the University of Leuven (1991) and obtained a Master of Laws degree from Northwestern University in 1992. In 2000 he obtained his Ph.D. in law at the University of Leuven with a thesis on shareholder meetings in Belgian companies.

Frank is co-founder and director of the Belgisch Centrum voor Vennootschapsrecht VZW.

Frank teaches Commercial, Corporate and Economic Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Leuven (Brussels campus), and is the coordinator of the postgraduate programme on Corporate Law at the University of Leuven, where he teaches the Financial Statements and Audit course.

He has authored numerous academic publications and is a member of the editorial board of Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschap – Revue Pratique des Sociétés (formerly Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschap), and the bilingual version of the Story-Scientia Codes (Commercial Code section).
