Inger De Wilde is Of Counsel at Eubelius. She is active in both employment and social security law and is particularly versed in the legal position of public employees.

She became a member of the Dutch-speaking association at the Brussels Bar in 2001. After completing her internship, she devoted herself to an academic career at the University of Ghent and the University of Antwerp. She became an attorney again in September 2023.

She received her PhD in law from the University of Antwerp in 2016 with a dissertation entitled “Flexicurity in the public sector. An analysis of the (unilateral) modifiability of the individually and collectively determined conditions of employment of the public sector contractor”.

Inger is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Criminology of Ghent University where she teaches labour and social security law in the bachelor and master of law and in the master of business psychology and (applied) economics. She is also a visiting professor at the University of Antwerp and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

Inger publishes frequently on social law matters, in particular on legal issues concerning public sector employment.

She is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
