Eubelius assisted The Organic Consumer Group (a Damier company) with its acquisition of La Saponaria, an Italian producer and distributor of natural and sustainable personal care products. Following the acquisition of Dr. Organic in 2021, this acquisition marks a new milestone for The Organic Consumer Group which aims at consolidating the European natural/organic Beauty and Personal Care market.
