Eubelius assists Mademoiselle Desserts with the acquisition of Galana

On 30 June 2023, Mademoiselle Desserts, a portfolio company of IK Partners and a pan-European producer of frozen pastries and desserts, successfully completed its acquisition of Galana, a Belgian producer of frozen bakery and ice cream products.

Mademoiselle Desserts takes over the full bakery and ice cream operations in Waregem, Belgium, including the Beldessert (bakery) and Pagotini (ice cream) brands.

Eubelius assisted Mademoiselle Desserts with all corporate aspects of the transaction. The Eubelius team comprised Erwin Destuyver, Michiel Stuyts and Mick Veulemans.
